With 40 years’ experience in the life and health insurance industry working with all levels of management, Julie is a proven leader in implementing complex data migration projects for several individual clients as well as management of a cross-cultural team of application developers. She is a team player who successfully leverages her strong organizational, communication, analytical, problem solving and leadership skills to implement large scale application development projects.

- Earned the annual Tri-Star of Excellence award for implementing an integrated Customer Service Solution at Security Mutual Life. The application made customer data available to reps at the press of a button, enhancing service and increasing customer satisfaction.
Within UCT, Julie has worked as a Project Manager and Business Analyst. Since 2020, she has been the Director of Operations, overseeing the staffing and successful delivery of over 25 data migration projects. She also assists in the sales process by providing expertise and insight into methodology and delivery.
